Their care shouldn’t
live in your head.
One Heart Pet turns everything your pet needs into a short list for today — and tells you when something you’ve noticed is worth a vet’s eyes.

A day, in three moments.
Most days you barely open it. The days you need it, it is already holding everything.

The list is already made.
You set the routine once — the 8am joint tablet, the evening walk, the Thursday flea treatment. After that it just shows up as today’s list, and whoever gets there first ticks it off. No one has to ask whether the dog’s been fed.

Say it the way you’d say it out loud.
“He’s barely touched his food since yesterday.” Tell it that, by voice or typing, and it asks you the follow-up questions a vet would — how long, how much, anything else. Nothing is saved until you’ve read back what it understood and said yes.

The question you actually want answered.
Not a diagnosis — one decision: does this need a clinic? You get a clear answer, and if it is urgent you get the emergency-vet button in the same breath. Some things never wait on an opinion: a seizure, repeated vomiting, a sharp drop in weight. Those are hard rules, and the AI is not allowed to talk them down.
One Heart Pet supports your decisions and does not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact your nearest emergency vet straight away.

One pet. Five people.
One version of the truth.
Your partner feeds her. Your daughter does the evening walk. The dog walker has her on Tuesdays. Your mum takes her when you travel. They all see the same list, tick the same tasks, and nobody doubles up a dose because they could not reach you.
Invite up to five people on a Family plan. Everyone sees the pet; only you decide who stays. Your vet practice joins the picture only if you choose to connect one.
The folder you can never find, finally in one place.
Vaccination dates. The insurance paperwork. That blood panel from eighteen months ago that the new vet wants to see. It all goes in once, and it is there on your phone in the waiting room — not in a drawer at home.
And when life changes — you move cities, you rehome her, a rescue hands her to a new family — the whole history goes with the pet instead of starting again at zero.

It is on your wrist before it is on your mind.

Questions people actually ask.
Do I have to log something every day?
No. That was the old idea and it did not survive testing. Routines make the list; you only talk to it when something is wrong.
Does it tell me what is wrong with my pet?
No, and it never will. It answers one question: does this need a clinic?
What if my vet does not use it?
The app works on its own. Connecting a practice adds appointments and messaging, but nothing depends on it.
Can my partner use it too?
Yes — up to five people on a Family plan, all seeing the same pets.
What happens to my pet’s history if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. A Free plan shows the last 30 days; the rest comes back when you upgrade.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — export it, transfer it to someone else, or delete the account.
