Every shift knows
what the last one did.
One list every volunteer can see, one record that follows the pet out the door — and for verified rescues, the whole thing is free.
Up to 30 pets, five people on the account, and the full record for every one of them.
How you get it.
Three steps, and you can use the app while you wait.
The handover note nobody has to write.
Set each pet’s routine once and the app makes the day’s list. Whoever is on shift opens it, sees what is left, and ticks. The next person opens the same list and sees what was done — not a message that scrolled away, not a clipboard in the other building.

A weekend volunteer is not a trustee.
Every part of the account, three levels each. Give a new volunteer sight of the pets and the run of the daily tasks, and leave billing and membership to the two people who should have them. Set it per person, change it the day their role changes.
The ticks show one example — a weekend volunteer. There are no fixed roles to pick from; every person is set individually.
They leave with their whole history.
Eight weeks of notes should not stay behind in your account. When a pet is adopted you create a handover code, the adopter redeems it, and the record goes with them.
What else it does for you.

Free, and what the paid plan adds.
For rescues doing a lot of intake, where the daily ceiling is the thing that bites.
Questions rescues ask.
What counts as a rescue?
We ask for your registered name and contact details, and a person reviews it. If we get it wrong, there is an appeal.
What does it cost?
The verified programme is free for up to 30 pets. The paid Shelter plan only adds a bigger daily AI allowance.
How many people can we add?
Five on the account, each with their own permissions.
What happens when a pet is adopted?
You create a handover code, the adopter previews what they will receive, and the record moves with the pet.
Can a volunteer see everything?
Only what you give them. Each area, three levels, set per person.
Do we need our vet to use it?
No. Connecting a practice adds appointments and messaging, but nothing depends on it.
Start with the pets you have today.
Apply for the programme, set up the first routine, and let Saturday’s volunteer see what Friday’s volunteer did.
